Age with Purpose. Live with Independence.

Private Longevity & Independence Management for Older Adults

Crestwell helps successful adults stay strong, engaged, and independent through comprehensive assessments, personalized planning, and ongoing professional guidance. We look beyond traditional healthcare to the factors that shape how well you live as you age — mobility, strength, home environment, daily routines, lifestyle, social connection, and the support systems around you.

Serving Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell, Johns Creek, Buckhead, Canton, Cumming, Woodstock, and surrounding North Atlanta communities.

A MORE PROACTIVE APPROACH TO AGING WELL

Most aging services begin when something has already changed — a fall, hospitalization, loss of mobility, or increasing need for assistance.

Crestwell begins earlier. We help older adults understand where they are today, identify factors that could affect future independence, and create a personalized strategy for staying active, engaged, and confident in the years ahead.

ASSESS

We begin with a comprehensive in-home evaluation of the factors that influence long-term independence — including mobility, strength, balance, home environment, daily routines, lifestyle, social engagement, and individual goals.

PLAN

Findings are translated into a personalized Crestwell Longevity & Independence Plan, prioritizing opportunities to protect function, reduce future risks, and support the life you want to continue living.

MANAGE

For clients who want continued support, Crestwell provides ongoing professional guidance, accountability, family communication, and coordination of trusted resources as needs and goals evolve.

The goal isn't simply to respond to aging. It's to stay ahead of it.

The Years Ahead Deserve a Plan, Too.

Retirement planning shouldn't stop with finances. Maintaining independence also requires attention to physical function, lifestyle, social connection, home environment, and the everyday routines that influence how well we age.

Traditional healthcare is essential for treating illness and disease. But many of the factors that determine whether someone continues traveling, exercising, socializing, living at home, and enjoying the life they've built happen between medical appointments.

That's where Crestwell focuses. We help clients proactively protect the independence they've worked a lifetime to enjoy.

Retirement deserves a strategy - not just financially, but physically, socially, and cognitively.

Research consistently shows that maintaining mobility and meaningful social connection are among the strongest predictors of long-term independence and longevity.

The US healthcare system is designed to treat disease - not to preserve decades of healthy independent living. The goal following retirement isn't simply to live longer—it's to remain strong enough to enjoy the years you've earned.

Not Home Care. Not Traditional Care Management.

A Proactive Approach to Preserving Independence.

Crestwell was created for individuals who may not need caregiving — but recognize the value of having an experienced professional focused on helping them remain independent.

We don't provide daily caregivers.
Instead, we help clients maintain the strength, mobility, routines, connections, environment, and support systems that make independent living possible.

We don't wait for a crisis.
Our approach is proactive — identifying changes and opportunities early, while clients have more choices and greater ability to influence their future.

We aren't tied to one provider or service.
When additional expertise or assistance is needed, Crestwell helps identify and coordinate trusted outside resources based on the client's individual needs and preferences.

And we look at the whole person.
Physical function matters. So do purpose, relationships, lifestyle, environment, routines, and the ability to continue doing the things that make life meaningful.

You may not need someone to take care of you.

You may simply want an expert helping you stay independent.

Meet the Founder

My passion for helping older adults live with independence and purpose began long before Crestwell.

Over the past 20+ years, I've had the privilege of serving in healthcare as both a physical therapist and a healthcare executive—giving me a perspective that spans from the bedside to the boardroom. Working directly with patients and later partnering with health systems across the country showed me that, even with excellent medical care, many older adults experience a gradual decline in independence because the everyday factors that shape quality of life—strength, mobility, daily routines, social connection, and proactive planning—often don't receive the consistent attention they deserve. That realization became the foundation for Crestwell.

My understanding is also deeply personal. Like many families, I have walked alongside aging parents and loved ones and experienced firsthand the challenges that come with balancing concern for those we love while managing the demands of everyday life.

What is clear is that many older adults don't need caregiving—they need guidance. They need a trusted partner focused on helping them remain active, engaged, and independent before challenges become crises.

Crestwell was designed to help successful adults preserve independence, confidence, and quality of life through personalized mobility guidance, lifestyle support, and proactive partnership. At the same time, it provides families with peace of mind knowing a trusted professional is helping oversee the journey.

I believe aging well is about far more than avoiding illness. It's about continuing to enjoy the people, places, and experiences that make life meaningful.
